We want you to love your Makeup Junkie Bags, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Print the label and securely pack your bags to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the original packing slip is included inside the box for faster processing.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
